The Moral Compass Chronicles
That "Anxiety" Is NOT YOURS!!!
We examine the critical difference between experiencing anxiousness as a normal emotion versus claiming anxiety as a permanent disorder that controls your life. The spiritual and psychological implications of this distinction can transform how we respond to stressful situations and reclaim our mental freedom.
Grace and peace. One and all grace and peace to each and every one of you guys. My name is Eon Johnson, eon J for short. This is the Moral Compass Chronicles. It's a blessing to be here yet again. Blessing to be here yet again and I just like, as always, I want to jump right into it. I have a very, very interesting topic here today that I want to discuss. Some might say it's heavy, okay, and I usually. I usually might start and say I don't know who needs to hear this, but you know what? I know exactly who needs to hear this. It's you and I. We need to hear this.
Speaker 1:That anxiety, that anxiety, that anxiety is not yours. That anxiety is not yours, it does not belong to you, and so you need to stop claiming it. You need to stop bringing it on to yourself, okay, because anxiousness, you know, we, we, we have gotten this confused. Being anxious and anxiousness is an emotion, but anxiety is a disorder. All right, anxiety has become a disorder and we've been hearing more and more about it. All right, but that anxiety, that anxiety is not yours, it does not belong to you, and you need to stop singing it. You need to stop saying it. You need to stop saying it. You need to stop repeating it, you need to stop bringing it on to yourself. You need to stop receiving it into your spirit. You need to stop repeating it in your mind. You need to stop listening to the song, whatever it is you need to do and whatever it is that you've been doing as far as this anxiety is concerned, you need to stop. All right, straight out the gate, straight out the gate. That anxiety does not belong to you.
Speaker 1:Society, um, and, quite frankly, the enemy, um, lucifer is the prince of the power of the air and in heaven, he was, uh, the most beautiful angel and he, um, uh, he, he was one of the chief, he was the chief musician, and he and that's why music is so powerful today. Um, I guess, yo, we did, we really jumping right into this? Huh, we're really jumping right into this, and that's why music is so powerful. That's why music has such a such an effect on each and every single one of us, regardless of what the type of music is. I mean we have. We, I mean from the beginning of time or, better yet, the beginning of music, whenever that was okay. We have been been. Music has been controlling people, music has been controlling the emotions of people. Music has been, uh, uh, it making an imprint in the minds of people since music began, all right, and I I really I didn't mean to come, you know, just like, punch you in your face so quick, like that, um, but you know what I'm talking about.
Speaker 1:Okay, and there's this song that is out, and it's been out for a little while and, um, it's becoming, it's become more and more popular. It's one of the popular songs on tiktok and instagram, when you know making a video and you're hearing this song behind everything, anxiety, anxiety, it's trying me and it's this and it's that. And you know, truthfully, I actually listened to this song for the first time today. I've been hearing it, I mean, for however long now. Now there's remixes upon remixes and everybody's jumping on that beat. And if you know anything about this particular song, I remember the first time I heard it, a song came to mind, and now you're just somebody that I used to know. I don't know if anybody knows that song, somebody that I used to know. I don't know who the um, who the artist is, but it sounds like a sample. It sounds like a sample and, oh my God, this anxiety song is catchy. It is catchy and you know what the listeners of this podcast, you're covered, even right now. Okay, you're covered and I even I prayed over myself before I listened to this song today because I wanted to hear it so that I could know what I'm talking about. I felt it in my spirit and I could hear it. Every time I hear it on the radio, every time I hear it in a video, every time I see someone listening to it, every time I hear somebody repeating the song, I feel the same thing. I mentioned the song to a friend of mine today, um, who also happens to be um, a, a, very, a very good contractor. Okay, but he's my friend Um. I listened to this song today and I mentioned it to him and you know what he said to me. Oh, he said oh, you mean that devil worshiping song. Oh, you mean that demonic song that everybody is so caught up on. If you know, you know, let me tell you something. Let me say something real quick. I want you guys to understand. Listen this right here.
Speaker 1:This conversation is for the atheists. This conversation is for the believers in Jesus Christ. This conversation is for the Muslims. This conversation is for the Catholics and the Mormons and, again, the atheists and the ones who believe and the ones who don't. This conversation is for the soothsayers. This conversation is for the witches and the warlocks.
Speaker 1:This conversation is for the principalities and the powers and the spiritual wickedness in high places, or rather the workers of iniquity. This conversation is for the principalities and the powers and the spiritual wickedness in high places, or rather the workers of iniquity. This conversation is for all of us, and I'm talking to you. I'm talking to you and I'm talking to me, and I'm talking to every single person who listens to music. I'm talking to every single person that walks this earth. I'm talking to every spirit, every demonic spirit that has attached itself to this song and all songs like it, and, and, and the, the, the, the, the radio, um, the people who control the radio and the, the airwaves. I'm telling you, right now, the devil is in the mix and he has woven and intertwined himself into just about everything here on this earth, and the enemy is so subtle. The bible tells me not to be ignorant of his devices. I don't know about you, but I am no longer ignorant to the devil's devices for all those uh people who practice, uh, divination and um uh, casting spells and all of these things, because you feel like that is true power. Somebody may, you know, get empowered by the enemy, and not even know it, to begin to practice these rituals and practice these different things. I didn't plan on going here, but we're here now, all right, and we're not going anywhere. We staying right here.
Speaker 1:This is to, this is to you, this is to you who feels like you have some sort of real power, because you, at one point, were a believer in God and a believer of Jesus Christ, and these are the things that you have been protected from. And you have gone and you have felt oh Lord, have mercy, I apologize in advance. You have gone and you have found what you believe to be power. I want you to understand that every single thing that you are dabbling in it's real. It's real. Congratulations. You found something real. Witchcraft is real and you found it. Congratulations. You have opened yourself up to a Pandora's box of a Pandora's box, excuse me of epic proportion. And you know, the truth is as much knowledge as you believe that you have gained and you are gaining.
Speaker 1:There is so much that the enemy is hiding from you. The Bible refers to you and tells me about these people who I'm talking about, and not you, not you, but the ones who I'm speaking about, the witchcraft workers and the rest of you guys. The rest of them, because you know what this one right here is going to reach all of us, and I hope it reaches you, whoever you are. The Bible says that they have professed themselves to be wise and in doing so, you have become fools. And all of this is, it is baked and cooked into every single day, life. The enemy is very cunning, very cunning. And so now we have people who are struggling with emotions, right, because we, as human beings, we struggle with our emotions and we have a different, we have a set of emotions, and I don't know if you've watched that movie, those two movies.
Speaker 1:Oh man, what's the name of that thing there, that movie, the Disney movie with the emotions, and I forgot the name of it. But you know what I'm talking about and I remember when anxiety was introduced. I remember when anxiety was introduced and anxiety took over everything. I forgot the name of the movie, but anxiety took over everything. Anxiety took over everything. Every single emotion was held captive. Oh my God, every single emotion was held captive and I'm looking for the name of the movie Inside Out, inside Out, thank you.
Speaker 1:Inside Out 1. Inside Out 2. Very good movies If you haven't watched inside out, uh, one and two, and? And it's been disguised as a children's movie, but it's really not. This movie is, for me and you, the adults, all right.
Speaker 1:Anxiety gets introduced in the second one when the young girl who you know all these emotions, the who the movie is about and she's all these emotions. You know happiness and, uh, you know all of these things sadness and and all of that, the regular emotions when you're a child. And then, as we grow older, we are introduced to more complex emotions, anxiety being one of them, and anxiety came in and took over everything, and a lot of us now find ourselves being controlled by this emotion of anxiousness that we have turned into a disorder. And listen, I'm no doctor. Anxiety disorder is a real thing. It is a real thing and I need somebody to understand that this emotion was never designed to control you. Let me now speak some things that I have found in my research. Okay, now, anxiousness is an emotion. We all experience it. Quite frankly, I can take this a step further Anxiousness and the feeling of being anxious can actually save your life.
Speaker 1:When you begin to feel like something is off, you begin to worry about something you may have knowledge of something is off. You begin to worry about something. You may have knowledge of something that's going on right. I know that my car, my brakes, are no good. I know I need new tires and maybe I'm in a position where I can't afford to get it, but I still have to drive my car every day, right? This is an example. This is an example right. So now, when it rains and I know I have bad tires, I know my brakes aren't great, the tread on my tires are very. I don't have very good tread on my tires left, I need new tires, and so when it rains and it snows, I'm more susceptible to skidding and not having traction on the road.
Speaker 1:I can now begin to experience this emotion of anxiousness when you're driving, I guess, since we're using the car as an example. I'm driving and I have low gas. I don't have much gas in my car and I'm on a strip of highway where there is no gas station for another five miles and my car is telling me I have zero miles till empty. I can begin to experience anxiousness. That's normal. I want somebody to understand that the emotion of anxiousness and being anxious Is normal. It is a reaction To an increased level of stress.
Speaker 1:I can begin to feel anxious now because I know that something bad could potentially happen. I could run out of gas and be stranded on the side of the road. So now, what? Now I am facing this emotion that is warning me that something is wrong and I need to do something. Oh lord, help me now. We're getting there. We're getting somewhere. I need to. I need to act. Now, right, I'm anxious because something is wrong and I feel like something is wrong and it could potentially get worse if I do not act. And now it behooves me to pull over and find a gas station. I don't know who needs to hear this part, but you need to pull over and find a gas station. Your anxiousness is warning you. Your anxiousness is not supposed to control you. And now we move into anxiety and this anxiety disorder.
Speaker 1:You ever hear of somebody having an anxiety attack? That is when the emotion of feeling anxious, the emotion of anxiousness, becomes more than just an emotion. We are not supposed to be controlled by our emotions. Whether it's anger. I am not supposed to let my anger control me. Me feeling angry is normal, me being upset by something, somebody does something, something happens. Sadness is an emotion. That is normal. Depression is something different. All right, now we have moved from anxiousness, which is a normal emotion that is like it's meant to alert me. My anxiousness is meant. I am meant to take action. Whenever I feel anxiousness, that's because I'm feeling like something is wrong. Whenever I feel anxiousness, that's because I'm feeling like something is wrong. I need to identify what it is and I need to do something about it now.
Speaker 1:But anxiety and this anxiety disorder that you have proclaimed to be yours, these anxiety attacks, that you have made them to be normal in your life, and now you have these doctors, who don't know the Lord, who are giving you medication now to deal with these anxiety attacks and this anxiety disorder that you have that they have diagnosed you with and you have accepted and taken on to yourself. The devil is a liar. The devil is a liar. It is not your anxiety. That anxiety does not belong to you. Anxiousness is normal, and when we let anxiousness take over our life, that's when it becomes a problem. I should, you should not be living in a constant state of anxiousness. The devil is a liar. That is not who god created you to be. That is not who you are. That is not who you were made. You were not born oh lord, have mercy you were not born with this anxiety disorder that you have taken on to yourself. You were not born with these anxiety attacks that the doctor has diagnosed you with, were not born to need to take this medication that you were prescribed in order for you to live a normal and a healthy, mentally healthy life. That is not who you were designed to be. My anxiety again.
Speaker 1:And the song is so catchy and the song is so subtle. Can I, can I read you a few of the lyrics here? One part that really so. So you have the. I mean, I mean listen, and that's the thing with music. This stuff is so catchy, the song is so catchy, oh my God, I listen. Let me tell you something. Listen, I got my oil here. I had to had to anoint myself, man, and cover myself and pray over myself because the song is catchy. Man, you'll find yourself singing the song and you're like oh man, man, that's like and, and you see now people who struggle with anxiousness, and you know who you are. People who struggle with anxiousness have taken this song for themselves and you know how we all decide what our anthem of the summer is going to be. Yo, there's some people who are planning to make this anxiety song their anthem for the summer.
Speaker 1:Bro, driving with the windows down, winning the hair, blowing, blasting anxiety is is trying me and and it's got a hold of me and all of this stuff, feel it quietly, trying to silence me. Yes, that's what it's doing. Because now, when this anxiousness, when it becomes more than just an emotion that I'm supposed to be alerted by, which is supposed to move me into action, to start to deal with whatever the problem is, that's why the emotion is there. Just so you know. That's why the emotion is there and I'm supposed to deal with it now. I'm supposed to deal with whatever is going on and I'm supposed to deal with it now. I'm supposed to deal with whatever is going on. I'm supposed to identify the problem and start to deal with it, and if I need help, I need to go get some help for whatever this problem is. That my anxiety, my anxiousness is. You see how easy it is to make a mistake with that, my anxiety. I'm just giving examples here. See how easy it is to make a mistake with that, my anxiety. I'm just giving examples here.
Speaker 1:Whatever, the problem is that this anxiousness is alerting me to, making me aware of I need to be going and finding some help from whoever I need to get help from, but the anxiety is not mine. The anxiousness is not a disorder for you. It is not. And listen, I am here, I'm speaking life into somebody today. I don't know who. I'm speaking life into somebody. I know what it is like to have anxiousness cripple you. I have been there. Listen, there's a lot of people and marijuana has become legal now. Marijuana wasn't always legal, okay. And you have people who have, who have been diagnosed with anxiety disorder and have a doctor's note to be able to legally. Even from back in the day when I was younger and I'm not that old, but you know, back in the days before weed was made legal here in New York, you were able to get a doctor's note for this anxiety. I get anxious, I have anxiety attacks and the weed, the marijuana, settles me down. Watch how God works.
Speaker 1:I never really dealt with anxiousness issues more than when I started smoking weed, and I was smoking a lot of weed and I didn't always have that issue. I remember when the switch flipped, when God was like yo, enough, bro. God was like yeah, nah, how is it? Yo, the weed itself used to make me more anxious. It got to a point and that's one of the reasons that I stopped Because there was a time where I enjoyed it. But I remember when the switch flipped and God was like nope, same for you, no more.
Speaker 1:I started to get anxious when I used to be under the influence and then I started to realize that, oh my God, yo, god is so good bro, god is so good man Like this is a real life testimony for you. So I know what I'm talking about. I know what it's like to allow anxiousness to take over your life. And, yes, I was doing some things that I shouldn't have been doing at that time, and that's another thing. So God has a way of doing more than one thing at the same time. Right, god has a way of doing more than one thing at the same time, and so that was also his way of getting me to not to stop doing certain things that I was doing illegal stuff, I gotta be honest, allegedly, allegedly all right. And so I had that emotion of anxiousness start to take over my life and, just like the movie Inside Out, anxiousness or anxiety, anxiousness I don't even, I'm not even using that word anxiety, bro anxiousness started to take over all the other emotions. Happiness was no. Oh lord, have mercy.
Speaker 1:Some of us find that this emotion of anxiousness has begun to take over all the other emotions of our life. And watch this now, that movie inside out was an eye-opener to all of us and the hidden messages that were in there, and a lot of us became aware of this thing called anxiety and how it can cripple your happiness, how it can cripple your sense of pride, and I forget all the different emotions that were in the movie, but it can start to cripple the foundational pillars in your life, the morals, if you will. It can start to cripple and bind things in your life that are supposed to be there. And so now you, some of us, have allowed this anxiousness to cripple us and bind us up, but you are loosed today. If you are somebody that has been struggling with anxiousness, from the sound of my voice, the Lord is speaking to you and you are loosed from no shackles. Right now you are. You are free right now, no longer bound, bound. There are no more chains holding you. Your soul can rest now, your spirit can be at ease. Your mind now can start to be filled with the things, the positive things, that your mind ought to be filled with.
Speaker 1:I I'm talking to the believers in Jesus Christ, like myself. I'm talking to the atheists who don't believe that there is a God. I'm here to tell you right now that there is, and the same God that you deny. He loves you and he is making you free of this thing called anxiousness. Even right now, you are being loosed, even right now, from this emotion of anxiousness that has been controlling you for so long. I believe that I decree it and I declare it right now Over your life Amen. I have prayed for you. It's not yours the anxiety, the anxiety that you feel so quietly, that's trying to silence you. It will not silence you. You will get up, you will stand up and you will leave the house. There's somebody trapped in their house right now, deathly afraid of what is outside. You are loose. You are freed. The enemy does not want you to hear this, but I will never stop speaking this life into you. You shall live. You will not die. God has not given you the spirit of fear. He's given you a spirit of love and of power and of a sound mind, not a mind that is controlled by anxiousness. I declare that over your life.
Speaker 1:Let's go into a few of these lyrics, just because you know we're wrapping up here. We're wrapping up here. There's this one part that says I get this tightness in my chest. Anybody experiencing that? It says like an elephant, and let me tell you something. These are the lyrics that we're listening to and we're vibing to and we're allowing into our mind and subsequently into our soul. We're allowing this stuff into where it's becoming a part of us. That's why music is so powerful and this is what it's becoming a part of us. That's why music is so powerful and this is what it's saying in there that we're not listening to. I get this tightness in my chest, like an elephant is standing on me and I just let it take over. Anxiety keeps on trying me. I just let it take over.
Speaker 1:What the devil is? A liar. You will not allow this thing to take over you. You will not let it take over you. That is the, that is lucifer himself. I just watched a video that said uh, the devil didn't create the death, he didn't. Um, lucifer didn't. Uh, what do you say? What do you say? Or god didn't create the devil, god created lucifer. Lucifer created satan. Lucifer created himself. Lucifer became that. God made him one thing. He was an angel of the lord and he wanted to become something more. He wanted to be god. He wanted to be God. He wanted to be God. Lucifer wanted to be God, and he is not God. And he got cast out. The Bible says I beheld him. He fell from heaven like lightning. I beheld Satan falling like lightning from heaven. And here he is now, the prince of the power of this air, polluting the air, constantly polluting the air. Literally fit, um, um, um, um, or that's not, not, not, not, not literally, but well, yes, literally. But he's doing it in the spirit, to the scene and the unseen, or in the scene, in the, to the visual eye rather, and the non, and and he's I mean it, he's so cunning and so subtle like an elephant is standing on me and I just let it take over. That is what the enemy wants in your spirit. That's what he wants in your mind. That's what he wants you replaying, that's what he wants you to repeat. He wants you to sing along with that part. There's a part that says rolling anxiety in three, two, one chorus Anxiety, keep on trying. Me, I feel it. There is so much that is hidden in these lyrics. Anxiety is a spirit and it's a spirit of the enemy. Anxiety disorder, anxiety attacks. I had a friend I hope she's doing well, just got married, actually, I think, or or is engaged, I'm not sure. Do you know who you are? If this ever finds, you used to suffer from what she referred to as night terrors, night terrors and sleep paralysis, and went to sleep in a constant state of anxiousness, lived, rather, in a constant state of anxiousness and lived in fear of going to sleep because she knew that the sleep paralysis was coming. Lord, have mercy. The devil is a liar. If you are somebody that struggles with that, I pray right now that you are delivered from that spirit of anxiety, that spirit of anxiety disorder, that demon of sleep paralysis that attacks you in your sleep. I come against it right now. It is not of God and it's not normal. It's not normal and it's not for you. It is not for you.
Speaker 1:Anxiousness is an emotion, that anxiety is not yours. I don't know who needs to hear this, and I already said I do know right. Everyone the world needs to hear this. Send this to everybody, share this with everybody, not for my sake, but for our sake, because we need to hear it. That anxiety is not yours, that anxiety does not belong to you, that anxiety is a demonic spirit and it is not of God and it is not for you to claim. It is not for you to own. That spirit of anxiety is not for you to make yours, it is not something that should have dominion over you. Anxiousness is an emotion, anxiety is a disorder, and it is demonic, it is satanic. There are things going on in the spirit realm that we cannot see with the natural eye, and this thing called anxiety that is trying to attach itself to all of us is not for us. If you are somebody that has opened the Pandora's box, then even you know what I'm talking about.
Speaker 1:There was a sorcerer in the bible whose name was simon, and simon what? Simon had had a little bit of power to convince people that he was some sort of deity, for lack of better words. Simon the sorcerer in the book of acts. This is a real thing, just like nowadays there's people who practice witchcraft. It's real people who, who, who, practice, um, um, I forgot what the, the thing that's associated with um, I don't even want to say the culture, but, um, I don't want to offend anybody. Um, uh, you get what I'm saying. You got. Y'all know, listen, this stuff is real, bro. Simon the Sorcerer he was that he was a sorcerer. And Simon had an entire town convinced because he was able to heal some people, I think maybe, who were sick. And he convinced people that he was, you know, a powerful deity of some sort or was receiving power from whoever. And he was a sorcerer Until the apostles and the disciples came into town and started doing the work of God for real healing the sick for real, raising the dead for real, laying hands and people being delivered from spirits like anxiety. It wasn't until then that Simon discovered what real power from God looked like and Simon wanted to be him. So bad Simon wanted that power, so bad Simon came to the apostles, wanted to be baptized and all that, and literally asked them to lay hands on him so that he may be endowed with that same power not to do the work of god, but so that he could lay hands on people and people be delivered the same way for himself. He wanted the power for himself. He wanted the power to be able to lay hands. He didn't want the power from God so that people could be healed.
Speaker 1:I don't even know why I told you that just now. I don't know why I just told somebody I don't know who that was, for, I don't know why I just said that just now and told that story. But this thing is real. This thing is real. This thing is real. Witchcraft is real. Sorcery is real, these people who's you know messing with these stones and and he's you know and I can't even begin to go into this right now. We at 40 minutes already, bro. I can't even begin to go into this right now. We have 40 minutes already, bro. I can't even this. This wasn't about that. I did a. I did a.
Speaker 1:I preached a little sermon last year or the year before, called Divine Protection or the wrong and the wrong kind of protection, divine Protection and the wrong kind of protection. And one of these days I'll bring that here for you guys and it'll it'll go more into what I just said, even about simon the sorcerer and these things. But I just want you to understand that this stuff is real. The power of god is real. Jesus christ is him In the flesh. Flesh came and dwelt among us and we beheld his glory.
Speaker 1:This thing is real and the enemy wants to cripple us, and I'm here today to tell you specifically about that spirit of anxiety. It is not yours, so stop claiming it, stop bringing it upon yourself, stop singing it, stop listening to that song. Song. When you hear that song playing on the airwaves, tune it out, say a prayer, cover yourself and your family, because these are the things that the enemy is using to take over our lives, take over our minds and to embed these things into our heart. Anxiousness is an emotion, anxiety is a disorder and it does not belong to you. So stop claiming it. I love you guys, until next time. This is the Moral Compass Chronicles. Much love.
